Our Four Step Cleaning System:

1.  Pile Lifting:  Using a pile brush, electrically driven with a solid nylon brush that lifts the carpet
    pile, loosening attached dirt or soil and making the carpet fibers receptive to moisture and
     extraction.  

2.  Spot Cleaning:  Treating individual spots and stains separately with environmentally safe
    chemicals, eliminating unsightly areas, which helps maintain a high level of appearance.

3. Extraction:  Injecting minimal moisture and removing moisture with high pressure extraction
    removes soil buildup from the carpet fibers.

4.  Shampooing:  Only in those highly trafficked and soiled areas would carpet be shampooed with
    a rotary brush before extraction.  This requirement is necessary to loosen and allow removal of
    soil buildup from the base of the fiber.

Maintenance frequencies are determined  based upon area type, occupancy, expected level of
appearance and the actual maintenance system being implemented.  We do not evaluate this
maintenance program on square footage.  Many variables discount the actual space being
maintained; file cabinets, furniture, equipment, etc., which are never moved.  Our maintenance
program is based upon qualified employees, proper equipment and chemicals that will maintain your
carpeted areas and provide our clientele with the best possible level of appearance.
